Hi, everyone. It’s Miss Chan. It’s my pleasure and honor to teach at Sau Tak Primary School. I like shopping, swimming, running and listening to music in my leisure times. I love seeing beautiful natures. I also like chatting with my family members and friends as well. I believe that God has made us unique and he loves each of us. The new academic year will be a challenging one for me. In the new school year, I would like to learn more about and serve the students, parents and colleagues of Sau Tak with God’s love and grace.

Hello! I am Carol Chan. I thank God for all the lovely children HE entrusts me and would like to help them grow in the love of God. I hope my students have great fun exploring the world through learning and playing. I love to see all my students come to know Jesus Christ as their own savior and learn to depend on HIM and follow HIM. I love nature, animals and plants. I like travelling because I can enjoy God’s wonderful creation.

大家好！我是伍嘉頴老師。自畢業後，我便加入秀德小學。每天看著學生們純真的笑容，對老師發自內心的關懷，真的感到很開心。而看到學生們漸漸地成長、越來越懂事和學會關心身邊的老師和同學，也感到很欣慰。期望同學在學習知識的同時，也要實踐老師所教的道理，做一個出色的「秀德人」。

Teacher is one of the most crucial people in every student’s childhood. As a primary school teacher, I do not see my role as merely one of subject knowledge transmission. Instead, I am a role-model to demonstrate positive personal qualities like empathy, sincerity and respectfulness etc. I also strive to always keep improving and learning throughout my professional life by undertaking regular self-reflection of my practice. I hope I can also inspire my students to be life-long learners as I firmly believe learning should not be confined to only take place inside a classroom.
