Personal Information Collection Statement

Please read this statement before you provide any personal data to Ling Liang Church Sau Tak Primary School.

All personal data collected in the application forms of the school will only be used for processing the related application.

The applicant is responsible for providing correct and up-to-date information to the school. When you provide personal data to us, please make sure that the data are accurate and complete. If you fail to provide us with the information required or if the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete, your application may be affected.

In case of any changes to the information in the application forms, the applicant must contact the school as soon as possible.

3. Transferral of Personal Information

Please note that your personal data may be made available to:

appropriate persons in the school;

any other relevant parties who require them for matters related to your application;

any relevant government departments/appropriate authorities when the school is required to provide them under the relevant legislation for use for the purpose of that legislation; or

where permitted or authorized by law.

We will obtain your consent before using your personal data for any other purposes.

4. Access to and Correction of Personal Information

The applicant has the right to request access to and/or correction of their personal data.
