A. Through-train mode of primary and secondary schools
- Ling Liang Church E Wun Secondary School and Ling Liang Church Sau Tak Primary School are through-train schools. It is hoped that the schools can provide high-quality Christian education to students through a twelve-year-continuum education system in school philosophy, curriculum development, teaching methods and other aspects.

C. Bridging programme for through-train primary six students
- The bridging programme is co-organized with E Wun Secondary School and provides Chinese, English, Mathematics and Integrated Science. It is hoped that the primary six students can better understand the learning mode and environment in E Wun Secondary School before promoting to the secondary one.
